What image resolution do I need?

For best results, we recommend a minimum of 100 DPI at your desired print size. Higher resolution images (150+ DPI) will produce sharper, more detailed prints. Don't worry if you're unsure—our team will assess your image and let you know if it's suitable for your wall size.

Can you enhance my image quality?

Yes! Our design team can make basic adjustments like color correction, brightness, and contrast. We can also help with cropping to fit your wall dimensions. However, we cannot significantly increase the resolution of a low-quality image.

How long does a custom order take?

After we confirm your image is print-ready, production takes 3-5 business days. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Rush orders are available upon request.

What if my image isn't suitable?

If your image resolution is too low for your desired size, we'll suggest a smaller print size that works. Alternatively, you can provide a higher resolution version of your image. We won't print anything that wouldn't look great on your wall.

Do you accept copyrighted images?

You must own the rights to any image you submit or have permission from the copyright holder. We cannot print copyrighted material, licensed artwork, or trademarked content without proper authorization.

How is pricing calculated?

Custom mural pricing is based on the total square footage/meters and your chosen material. We'll provide a detailed quote after reviewing your submission. There's no design fee for standard orders.
