What happens after you order.

Order confirmed
Right away. You'll get an email with the order number and a copy of your specs.

In production
We print your wallpaper, canvas or sticker to the exact size you ordered.

Day 3–4
Shipped
You'll get a second email with the carrier name and a tracking number.

Day 4–10
Delivered
Most orders arrive in 4–10 business days from the day you place the order.

Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email — search it on the carrier's own website.
Common questions.
I haven't received a tracking email yet.
Tracking emails go out when production finishes — usually 1–3 business days after you order. Check your spam folder, then write to us at support@muralls.com if it's been longer.
My tracking hasn't moved in days.
International orders sometimes show no movement for a few days while clearing customs. If it's been more than 5 days with no update, send us your order number and we'll check.
The carrier says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbours and household members first, then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We can help open a case if needed.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only before production starts (within a few hours of ordering). Email us at support@muralls.com as soon as you can.
