1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition.
- Items that are damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted.
- Custom orders or discounted “special offer” items are non-returnable.
2. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
3. Refunds
- Returned items are inspected upon arrival to verify eligibility.
- If approved, a refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exchanges
