Ordering & sizing.

How do I order wallpaper for my wall?

For wall murals, enter your exact wall dimensions (width and height) on the product page. For traditional wallpaper rolls, select the height you need and order enough rolls to cover your wall width.

How do I measure my wall correctly?

Measure width corner‑to‑corner and height floor‑to‑ceiling. Check multiple spots for uneven walls, use the largest measurement, and add 1–2 inches for trimming.

What is the panel width?

All our wallpapers come in 20‑inch (50 cm) wide panels designed for butt‑joint installation — edges meet without overlap.

Is there a minimum order size?

The minimum order size is 1 square meter (about 10.76 sq ft). There is no maximum.

Can I order samples before buying?

Yes — sample swatches are available for every design, so you can check colour, texture and feel in your own room.

Will the colors match what I see on screen?

Screen colours vary, so slight variation is normal. Order a swatch first to verify the colour in your actual lighting before placing a full order.

Shipping & delivery.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4–10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Customs duties and taxes (where applicable) are the recipient's responsibility.

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number, the carrier and a link to track the package.

How is the wallpaper packaged?

Your wallpaper is rolled (never folded) and shipped in a sturdy protective tube, with numbered panels and installation instructions inside.

Returns & refunds.

What is your return policy?

Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or screen‑based colour expectations. We do stand behind every order if there's an issue with the print itself.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We'll replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days at support@muralls.com with photos of the damage.

What if I receive the wrong order?

If we made the mistake we'll send a replacement free of charge — just reach out and we'll sort it.

What if I made a mistake with my measurements?

Get in touch and we'll talk through options. We'll do what we can to help you get the right size with minimal extra cost.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within a few hours of placement, before production begins. Email support@muralls.com as soon as possible.

Materials & quality.

What wallpaper materials do you offer?

Three: Peel & Stick (self‑adhesive, repositionable), PVC‑Free (non‑woven fleece, paste‑the‑wall) and Textured (premium paper, paste‑the‑paper).

Which material should I choose?

Peel & Stick for renters and easy installs; PVC‑Free for eco‑first, long‑term homes and offices; Textured for hospitality, retail and statement walls.

Are your wallpapers safe for homes with children?

Yes — all our wallpapers are printed with GREENGUARD Gold certified inks, the most rigorous standard for low chemical emissions.

What inks do you use for printing?

UV‑cured inks (instant cure, scratch‑resistant) or water‑based latex inks (low VOC, odourless) — both GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Will the colors fade over time?

No. Our inks are UV‑resistant and fade‑proof under normal indoor conditions.

Is the wallpaper waterproof?

All three materials are water and moisture resistant, suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and humid areas. Avoid direct contact with running water.

Installation.

Do I need a professional to install the wallpaper?

No — our wallpapers are designed for DIY installation. A helper makes large walls easier, but a pro isn't required.

What surfaces can I apply wallpaper to?

Best on smooth painted walls, primed drywall and smooth plaster. Avoid heavily textured walls, unprimed drywall and walls with peeling paint.

Can I apply wallpaper over existing wallpaper?

No — we don't recommend it. Adhesion is poor and you risk bubbling and lifting at the seams.

How do panels connect? Do they overlap?

Panels meet edge‑to‑edge with no overlap (butt‑joint). Each panel is numbered for alignment.

Can I reposition the wallpaper if I make a mistake?

Yes — all three materials are repositionable while you're installing.

Is the wallpaper easy to remove?

Yes — all our wallpapers are designed to come off cleanly without damaging the wall.

What tools do I need for installation?

Basic kit: measuring tape, level, smoothing tool, utility knife, clean cloth. Paste materials also need wallpaper paste, a tray and a roller.

Custom orders.

Can you create a custom design for me?

Yes — we offer custom design services. Get in touch with the brief and we'll go from there.

Can I use my own image or artwork?

Yes — you can upload your own image as long as you hold the rights to print it.

Can you modify colors or scale of an existing design?

Often, yes. Colour shifts, scale adjustments and element repositioning are usually possible — message us with what you have in mind.

Care & maintenance.

How do I clean my wallpaper?

Wipe gently with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive materials. For stubborn marks, a tiny amount of mild soap is fine.

Is the wallpaper durable?

Yes — scratch‑resistant surface, fade‑proof inks, water and moisture resistant.

Can I use wallpaper in high‑humidity areas?

Yes — all three materials handle humid environments like bathrooms and kitchens.

How long will the wallpaper last?

With proper installation and care, our wallpapers are designed to last many years — typically 10+.

What is the Trade Program?

It's our programme for interior designers, architects, contractors, retailers and other design professionals — wholesale pricing and dedicated support.

Is there a minimum order for Trade members?

No minimum. Trade members receive their discount on every order.

What discounts do Trade members receive?

Discount tiers vary with monthly order volume. The more you order, the better the pricing.

How do I apply for the Trade Program?

Submit the application on the Trade Program page. Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
