Installing our wallpapers is simple and straightforward — no professional experience is required. With the right preparation and a little patience, you can achieve a flawless result.

Before You Begin

• Make sure your wall is smooth, clean, and dry.
• Remove any dust, grease, or loose paint.
• Measure carefully and mark guidelines for panel alignment.

During Application

• Apply panels side by side for a seamless finish.
• Use a smoothing tool to remove air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion.
• Trim excess material carefully around edges and corners.

Tips

• Ask a friend to help for easier handling of large panels.
• Take your time aligning the first panel — it sets the tone for the rest.
• If needed, panels can be gently repositioned during application.

We offer sample orders for both Wallpapers and Wall Murals, so you can see the colors and feel the material quality before placing a full order.

• Please note that samples are for color and material reference only – they cannot be used as actual wallpaper.
• Do not rely on the sample size for measurements, as it does not represent the full design repeat.
• The fee you pay covers shipping costs only.
• If you would like to order multiple samples, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is available worldwide. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

• Standard wallpaper and wall mural orders are usually produced within 2–4 business days.
• Orders requiring artwork review, customization or proof approval are usually produced within 3–5 business days after final approval.
• After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within the United States and 3–7 business days internationally.
• We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS or another suitable tracked carrier.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and carrier or customs delays may occur.

Returns

We accept returns for Wallpaper products under the following conditions:

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery and obtain return authorization before sending the item.
• Items must be unopened, unused, uninstalled, uncut, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for tracked and insured return shipping for an eligible change-of-mind return.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable except where required by law.

Please note:

• Custom-sized Wall Murals, personalized designs, samples and items explicitly marked Final Sale are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• A promotional or discount code alone does not make an otherwise eligible standard product final sale.
• Damaged, defective or incorrect products remain covered. Contact us within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.

Once an eligible return has been received and approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
