Installing our wallpapers is simple and straightforward — no professional experience is required. With the right preparation and a little patience, you can achieve a flawless result.

Before You Begin

• Make sure your wall is smooth, clean, and dry.
• Remove any dust, grease, or loose paint.
• Measure carefully and mark guidelines for panel alignment.

During Application

• Apply panels side by side for a seamless finish.
• Use a smoothing tool to remove air bubbles and ensure perfect adhesion.
• Trim excess material carefully around edges and corners.

Tips

• Ask a friend to help for easier handling of large panels.
• Take your time aligning the first panel — it sets the tone for the rest.
• If needed, panels can be gently repositioned during application.

We offer sample orders for both Wallpapers and Wall Murals, so you can see the colors and feel the material quality before placing a full order.

• Please note that samples are for color and material reference only – they cannot be used as actual wallpaper.
• Do not rely on the sample size for measurements, as it does not represent the full design repeat.
• The fee you pay covers shipping costs only.
• If you would like to order multiple samples, simply contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping

At Muralls, we prioritize fast and reliable delivery for every order.

• UPS is our preferred carrier for most shipments.
• Depending on your location, we may also ship with FedEx or USPS to ensure the best service.
• We always aim to deliver your order in the fastest and most secure way possible.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your order's journey.

Returns

We accept returns for Wallpaper products under the following conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using an insured carrier).
• Refunds exclude original delivery charges.

Please note:

• Wall Murals are non-returnable, as they are produced to your custom size and made specifically for your order.
• Special order and special offer (discounted) items are not eligible for return.
• Damaged or opened items cannot be accepted or refunded.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) to your original payment method.
